October 4      Delaware Steel
Held on Rodney Square, weather permitting
The extraordinary steel band of the University of Delaware returns by popular demand to kick off another great season of diverse music for the downtown lunchtime crowd.

October 11      Nikos Dimitriadis and the Art of the Middle-Eastern Oud

Virtuoso oud player from Greece, Nikos Dimitriadis, will play a variety of Middle-Eastern music from Turkey, Arabia, and Persia. Joining him on his first American tour is percussionist Scott Davidson, playing dumbek and gaval.

October 18     David Schelat, organist

Come taste music of J. S. Bach, Marcel Dupré, and American composer David Conte in this lunchtime organ sampler on the grand Gabriel Kney organ.

October 25     Pan's Fancy

Featuring Edwin George and Karen Myers, this early music duo features vibrant Renaissance and Baroque music played on recorders, renaissance bagpipes, lutes, and the ever-popular hurdy-gurdy.

November 1     Center City Chorale: “The Water is Wide”

This energetic 40-voice ensemble of voices sings a sparkling mix of folksongs from England and America, plus grand English romantic music.

November 8     Judith Kay's Tasty Jazz-Cabaret

Judith Kay is a singer-guitarist who specializes in swing-era jazz and Brazilian bossa nova, as well as other eclectic and original repertoire. Come sample her relaxing and delectable lunchtime feast for the ears.

November 15     Lawrence Stomberg, cello, and Julie Nishimura, piano

This duo of well-known Wilmington musicians, each on the University of Delaware music faculty, plays music of Bach and Brahms.
November 29     Fairmount Brass Quartet
A dynamic brass ensemble well known for its polished music making that combines great playing with equally great humor and fun.

December 6     Cartoon Christmas Trio
What is December in downtown Wilmington without an appearance of this great jazz trio, playing music of Vince Guaraldi from A Charlie Brown Christmas? A First & Central holiday tradition.

December 13      Center City Chorale “The Twelve Days of Christmas”
